Touring the Gardens at Fort Ticonderoga

Fort Ticonderoga is the perfect place to bring your group!

Whether you are planning a field trip with your students, a scout group outing, or are a coach tour company creating a unique and memorable itinerary for your passengers, Fort Ticonderoga is just the place!

Group rates apply for groups of 10 or more people, and we also offer a significant discount for students.

What we offer:

  • A costumed guide greets your group and gives a brief historical introduction to the site
  • Musket demonstrations (weather permitting and at designated times)
  • Special on-site programs happening throughout the day are included with admission
  • Extensive museum exhibits including the exhibit in the Mars Education Center, The Face of War: Triumph and Tragedy at Ticonderoga 1758-1759
  • A special on-site program for students (grades 3-6), such as the award-winning "America's First Victory" program focusing on Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold (additional fee)
  • The King's Garden offers guided and self-guided tours and is included with your admission (Open from June 1st to Columbus Day)
  • The Log House Restaurant offers an array of dining options from boxed lunches to a meal served in the dining room; call ahead for reservations
  • The Log House Museum Store offers a wide variety of souvenirs, informative books and gifts
  • Picnic area
